Promotions, Giveaways & Sale Offers
At Kus & Co®, our promotions and giveaways are designed to reward and celebrate our community. These general terms apply to Kus & Co® promotions, sales, discount codes and giveaways unless different or additional terms are stated for a particular offer.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
PROMOTIONS & SALES
From time to time, Kus & Co® may offer products or combinations of products at a discounted price, or provide products free of charge as part of a promotion.
Promotional offers and products are subject to availability. Where an offer is expressly stated to be available while stocks last, it may end earlier if promotional stock is exhausted.
Promotional pricing and offers apply only during the advertised promotional period and are subject to any conditions stated for that promotion.
Products received free of charge or purchased at a discount of 20% or greater may be excluded from our voluntary 90-Day Love Your Hair Satisfaction Guarantee, as set out in the terms of that guarantee. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a particular promotion, Kus & Co® promotions are available to eligible residents of Australia and New Zealand.
SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAYS
From time to time, Kus & Co® may conduct giveaways through social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Each giveaway may have specific terms setting out the eligibility requirements, promotional period, method of entry, prize details, selection of winners and notification process. Entrants should review the terms of the relevant giveaway before entering.
Where a giveaway is conducted by random draw, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries in accordance with the specific terms and conditions of that giveaway and any applicable laws.
Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a particular giveaway, entrants must be 18 years of age or older and meet any residency requirements specified for that giveaway.
Social Media Disclaimer: Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social-media platform on which the Promotion is advertised.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to those social-media platforms. Entrants must comply with the applicable terms and policies of the social-media platform used to enter.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes issued by Kus & Co® are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or credit unless otherwise stated.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
Discount codes must be correctly entered and successfully applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to an order once it has been placed, except where required by law or where Kus & Co® agrees otherwise.
Discount codes are valid only for the promotional period or until the expiry date and time specified. Additional conditions, including minimum spend requirements, product exclusions or limits on use, may apply and will be stated with the relevant offer.
PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS
Gift cards or vouchers awarded free of charge as part of a Kus & Co® giveaway or promotion are subject to the terms, conditions and expiry period specified for that promotion.
Purchased gift cards are subject to the applicable Kus & Co® Gift Card Terms and Australian Consumer Law requirements.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Sale, promotional and discounted products remain subject to the consumer guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
